IT360 has been testing the upgrade process and so far it has been going well.  We know that it isn’t going to work for every business environment.  If you would like to see if your business should upgrade to Windows 10, contact our office.  Our upgrade process includes testing a few machines in each of your departments on Windows 10.  This is to make sure all of your applications and programs work correctly.  Once testing is completed, we can determine whether to move forward for the rest of the business.  Some training of your staff may be required as the look and feel is somewhat different than Windows 7.  Once it has been determined to upgrade all of the machines, we can schedule this to be done over the weekend or during off hours.  This service is included for our Managed IT Service clients.

Bringing IT360 on as our technology services “department” was one of the smartest business decisions we’ve made. Over the years, we’ve tried various similar services and have also hired internal IT staff, and we’ve never felt confident that we were adequately supported. IT360 has changed all that. They not only provide proactive, comprehensive technical support and consulting, they engage with us in a way that feels like they are part of our company…a true business partner.
