This acquisition brings together two like-minded companies. The fundamental values of both companies are 24/7 support without inflated after-hours rates, a simple yet affordable pricing structure, and the belief that all customers are equal – regardless of their size or budget.

What This Means For You
  • iServPro will adopt the IT360 name
    The name on future invoices and communications will be IT360, Inc. The Phone numbers, hours of operation will stay the same, 317-522-4099 and Mon-Fri 8a-5p.
  • The Indianapolis office
    Mark Pugh will take on the role of Director of Operations in the Indianapolis area and will continue to support locally with on-site visits. Kiel will be a full-time Systems Engineer.
