Q: What will our employees win?
A: For every successful referral that results in a new client sale for IT360, your office will receive free lunch. Plus, your employee’s name will be put into a drawing for a special gift. (The gift will vary — employees need to check to see what our current gift is.)

Q: What is involved with the Free Lunch?
A: Once a referral is ‘won’ by IT360, we will provide a catered lunch at the office location where the referring employee works. We will coordinate with the office manager in determining the best date and time.

Q: Who can I refer?
A: You can refer any business with from 2 to 2000 computers. We do NOT serve residential customers.

Q: What if we can't accept gifts?
A: For companies that can’t accept personal gifts, IT360 will make a comparable donation to a charity of the winning employee’s choice.

Q: How do we get more Referral Cards?
A: Ask your IT360 Systems Engineer for more cards, or just call IT360 at 309-680-2100 and we will drop off some more.

Q: How will you communicate with us about this program?
A: We will be introducing a newsletter to communicate with all our customers.

Q: Is there any limit on the number of referrals we can give and the number of free lunches we can get?
A: No, as long as this program is in effect, we will be happy to buy lunch for anyone whose referral results in a new customer.

Q: We want to make sure that IT360 has plenty of time for us. Will the quality of our service go down if you get too big?
A: We appreciate your concern — but we assure all our clients that we will increase our staff proportionately to our client growth.

Q: How do the other prizes work?
A: The referring employee will receive free lunch for his or her office. In addition, the referring person’s name will be entered into a drawing for another gift during the month their referred business officially becomes an IT360 customer (not necessarily during the month they referred them). One name will be randomly selected from all the qualifying names and that referrer will receive the gift. Information about other prizes that the referring person can win will be on our new referral website.
