40 Leaders Under Forty is an annual celebration of young leaders in central Illinois. Through nominations submitted by the community, 40 of the area's top leaders are honored each year. A panel of judges determines those who most aptly demonstrated successful leadership qualities and accomplishments in the greater Peoria area — those who have made a difference, those who best define the spirit of youthful initiative throughout our community.
